Launching in June, this enhancement allows you to easily add new notes and sync existing emails and meetings instantly to Pipeline accounts, contacts, and opportunities. Q U E S T I O N O F T H E M O N T H Q. Why are my account financials in Oracle and Pipeline different? A. You may notice differences in your account financials between the various reports available to you. Make sure you are looking at the same currencies and reporting periods across reports. Your Pipeline Plan dictates the Oracle reporting currency of the client and is based on your Pipeline currency preferences when you post your plan. When comparing Power BI (accessed through Pipeline Analytics) to the Oracle Client Dashboard, be vigilant in ensuring you're comparing apples to apples, since you can also change your currency in Power BI at any time. Pay attention to the time frame as well; Oracle financials are updated weekly and the key account report from Alyssa Schaller is a monthly point in time. If your net revenue numbers don't seem right, check that your account in Oracle has the correct accounts payable rolling up to it. It's good practice to also check the account hierarchy in Pipeline, which defines the sales and opportunity data you see in your Pipeline Client Dashboard. D I D Y O U K N O W ?
