VOXUK QUARTER 4 2018 2 Cath Schefer Executive Vice President, Global Hello everyone We've had a very busy year and Christmas is just around the corner! In September PBA joined the Stantec Family, a defining moment for Stantec in the UK and Europe. This has allowed us to take another step in fulfilling our ambitions for growth, collaboration and becoming a top tier multi sector consultancy business. I am really pleased with how the integration is going and look forward to working even closer with the PBA team. Similarly, the ESI integration has progressed, they have transitioned to the Stantec brand, and already our geographical reach has been extended allowing us to more efficiently deploy resources to sites across the UK regions. In October we also announced the decision to sell Constructors/Treatment. This decision was made following a strategic review of the constructor's business, to evaluate a range of strategic options to provide the best prospects for our people, clients and shareholders. We believe this sale will better allow Constructors/Treatment to invest in, and pursue the growth of their construction business, whilst enabling Stantec to concentrate on the growth of our core consultancy business services going forward. Looking ahead, AMP7 is approaching fast, and already we have seen fantastic wins with Yorkshire Water, South West Water and Irish Water. In addition, our Energy & Infrastructure business continues to go from strength to strength, we've won projects with Highways England this Year and the Energy from Waste plant at Dunbar, Scotland has been commissioned. The production team caught up with them recently and produced a great project update video which you can watch here in VOX. Heading in to 2019 we have so much to look forward too. It's going to be another very busy year as we continue bidding for AMP7, winning exciting new projects and working closely with our new colleagues in ESI and PBA. You can hear all about my thoughts on 2018 and how you can help to support the strategy in 2019 here in my Q4 webcast. Finally, I hope you all have a fantastic break over Christmas, stay safe and I look forward to another great year at Stantec in 2019! Q&A Q4 Webcast 2018 for the UK Dunbar, Scotland Producing Energy from Waste Featuring a unique active network management system will allow the power company to govern the amount of energy exported to the grid.
